Watchdogs target Web’s dark side
Ariana Eunjung Cha writes in a Washington Post article (linked to here on the MSNBC site) that more and more online "vigilantes" are seeking out, and having success shutting down, pro-terrorist web sites. Of course, there's a down-side -- they generally reappear elsewhere on the web soon after being shut down, and some authorities seem to consider them doing more harm than good.
