Video clip: "She drowned Friday Night"
This is the most heartbreaking video I've seen in the past couple of days.
The ineptitude and incompetence -- and sheer lack of leadership -- in this time of disaster is just shocking.Sept. 4: Aaron Broussard, president of Jefferson Parish, La., breaks down while telling NBC's Tim Russert the story of the death of the mother of one of the parish’s employees.
I am more angry, and more angry, as the hours pass....
