AOL's web-based e-mail hit by technical problems
Probably caused when someone who is getting laid off threw a monkeywrench into the works. Just kidding. :-)

America Online's Web-based e-mail systems have been having technical difficulties since early Wednesday, resulting in delays or problems with receiving and sending, according to AOL spokesman Nicholas Graham.
AOL is working to correct the problem, Graham said. The company does not yet know exactly what caused the problem or when it will be fixed. The systemwide problem is also affecting AIM Mail, CompuServe and Netscape e-mail users, according to Graham.
