T-Online, Deutsche Telekom Merger Put On Hold

Deutsche Telekom has suffered a setback in its plans to reintegrate T-Online International, after a German court on Tuesday rejected an acquisition of the online subsidiary until pending shareholder lawsuits are cleared.
Following several weeks of testimony, the Darmstadt District Court ruled that the merger between T-Online and its parent company Deutsche Telekom must wait until shareholders' complaints are resolved first.
