Skype 2.0 Adds Video to Voice

Skype has already attracted millions of fans with its easy-to-use Internet phone service. Today it adds a new feature: video calls.
Like the first version of Skype, the upgraded software is downloaded from www.skype.com. Users also need a Web camera that attaches to a computer; many popular models sell for less than $100.
