Symantec Acquires IMlogic
Security software giant Symantec made its first deal of 2006 on Tuesday by acquiring IMlogic, a security company that focuses on threats emerging out of the use of instant messaging software.
Terms of the acquisition, which was announced after the market closed, were not disclosed.
