Texas Cable and Telecom Group Challenges State Law

The Texas Cable and Telecommunications Association filed a second lawsuit in state district court to challenge an enacted state telecommunications law.
The association says the state telecommunications law, or Senate Bill 5, is discriminatory against cable operators and violates the Texas Constitution.
