Japan: New Charges Filed in Livedoor Scandal

Japan's securities commission on Monday filed a second criminal complaint against five former executives of Livedoor, and the Tokyo Stock Exchange moved to delist the Internet company's stock.More here.
The Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission said the Livedoor founder, Takafumi Horie, and four other former executives were suspected of doctoring the company's financial report for the year to Sept. 30, 2004, in breach of Securities and Exchange law.
