AccessLine Expands VoIP Services to Austin, San Antonio

The company now serves an area that extends from San Antonio through Austin to Round Rock. AccessLine will market local, long-distance and toll-free services to small- and medium-sized businesses. It markets these services under the SmartVoice Service brand.

believe it or not, the system can go down at any time without any warning, and only time for assistance is PST work hours Mon thru Fri. I have held for help during these hours for sometimes over an hour, desperate, and then only to be told they do not know when it will be up again, unable to forward calls to working number.
