C|Net Launches Video-on-Demand Network

CNET Networks on Monday said it will launch "CNET TV," a new video on demand network over cable, on digital video recorders made by TiVo and on the Internet as it broadens its reach to viewers.

The company, known for its gadget reviews and technology industry news, said it has signed a deal with cable operator Cox Communications, TiVo Inc and TVN Entertainment to distribute its videos.
