Geeks Rule: Gateway to Pay Engineer to Settle Case
An AP newswire article by Paul Foy, via Yahoo! News, reports that:
Computer seller Gateway Inc. cut short a patent infringement trial by agreeing to pay an undisclosed sum to an engineer who came up with a fix for a problem with floppy disk controllers.More here.
Terms of the settlement, reached Tuesday after the first day of trial, were undisclosed.
