Keeping Up With The Jo... Er... Lubbock

The City of Austin has ordered 2,000 tote bags to distribute at the World Congress on Information Technology this week — after watching Lubbock hand out bags to conference participants at the Austin Convention Center.More here.
City Manager Toby Futrell said she learned that the Lubbock Economic Development Alliance had been handing out bags with the city's logo from reading a newspaper article.
