The British government's anti-terror policy has been plunged into disarray by a court ruling that control orders used to restrict the movements of terror suspects are incompatible with human rights law.More here.
Wednesday's judgment prompted a warning from a senior Labor parliamentarian that the country was heading for a constitutional crisis as judges battled with the elected parliament.
