Syrian Internet Dissident Jailed for Three Years

A Syrian military court sentenced dissident writer Habib Saleh to three years in prison for having "published inaccurate information" on the Internet, a Syrian rights organization said.More here.
"Habib Saleh was arrested in May 2005 after writing virulent articles on the Internet. He was sentenced today to three years in prison by a military tribunal in Homs," western Syria, the National Organisation for Human Rights in Syria said.
