NSA Writes Own Recommendation Letter
Ryan Singel writes on 27B Stroke 6:The National Security Agency advised Senators who wanted to know what they could publicly say about the NSA's warrantless spying on American's international communications that they should say that the "country owes [the NSA] an enormous debt of gratitude] and that "the program must continue," according to AP and Washington Post stories.
