Prison No Obstacle for Cunning ID Thief
Mary Beth Lane writes in The Columbus Dispatch:
Anthony F. Forte got a speeding ticket on I-70, paid a $105 fine in Fairfield County Municipal Court and went on with his life.More here.
That was back in January, so long ago that he forgot about it — until a state trooper called him last month.
A copy of the speeding ticket with all his personal information was in the hands of a prison inmate.
