Quote of the Day: Wil Wheaton
"I swear to god, if I hear one more fucking person tell me that I have to take off my shoes or give up some more privacy, or fall to my knees and worship George Bush so we don't have 'another 9/11' I'm going to put three ounces of my foot right in their ass. Stop. Treating. Us. Like. Children."
- Wil Wheaton, writing on his blog. We're with you, Will.

Sigh. We can either wait for our do-nothing politicians to fix this mess (I would advise against holding your breath on that one), or simply do what any red-blooded americans should do in these circumstances - vote with our respective wallets.
Why do we have crappy cars? Why are our computer's OSs pieces of junk? Why do we have to put up with moronic searches at the airport?
Because we pay for the "privilege" of getting screwed by all these companies. Stand up to your boss, stand up to your relatives, and stand up to your friends, telling them that you absolutely refuse to fly until things get much, much better.
I have, and I call upon anyone else with enough cahones to do the same.
The airlines don't have unlimited cash to fund their operations if passenger numbers are significantly reduced for even a relatively short period of time. The only reason we have to put up with this crap is because the airlines can still make money...
