Paul Bedard writes in U.S. News & World Report's "Washington Whispers":An only-In-Washington street scene: As tourists line up for their picture-perfect scene in front of the White House, a protester adds a little reminder that it was four years ago today that President Bush stood under a banner proclaiming "Mission Accomplished" to announce the end of key military actions in Iraq.
