Verizon Business Buying Cybertrust

Verizon Business, a unit of Verizon Communications Inc., announced today that it is buying Cybertrust Inc., an information security services company, for an undisclosed price.More here.
The transaction is expected to close in less than 90 days, the companies said in a statement. Cybertrust, which is privately held, employs 800 people in 30 locations globally. Its headquarters is in Herndon, Va.
