Two investor groups offer bids for Auna of Spain
An article in the International Herald Tribune authored by Heather Timmons (The New York Times) reveals that "Shareholders in Grupo Auna, the Spanish telecommunications company, have received bids from two groups of private equity investors that value the company at about €12 billion, several executives close to the situation said Monday."
