MCI Acquires Totality
MCI said on Tuesday that is acquiring Totality, a privately held provider of remote managed services, enhancing MCI’s ability to offer business customers hosting and applications management.
The transaction is expected to close within the next 45 days, but the financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The deal shows MCI is back on the acquisition trail as it seeks to distance itself from its WorldCom days.
