Disney Buys Europe's Living Mobile
The Walt Disney Internet Group said on Monday it acquired Living Mobile, a European mobile game developer and publisher, to support its growth plans for its mobile business and raise its profile in the mobile games category.
Living Mobile will operate as a subsidiary of Walt Disney Internet Group (WDIG) Europe. The Munich, Germany-based company will remain in its offices in Munich and Prague, Czech Republic, with its approximately 40 employees. Financial terms of the acquisition weren’t disclosed.
