Cingular Takes Legal Action Against 2 Companies on Cell Calling Records
Via Gizmodo.[...] it’s nice to know that Cingular is trying to make sure we get our privacy straight up, slapping a restraining order on 2 companies that own websites that say they can get call records from any mobile customer by using fraudulent methods. Like saying they’re the customer in question to get all their calls.
