Australia: Telstra Billing Systems Overhaul Stalled
I just love the euphemism "gap analysis".

Telstra's $500 million overhaul of its billing and customer relationship software platform has hit a roadblock.
The telco is seeking ways to plug gaps in the Siebel/Comverse software platform it has chosen.
It is understood the telco giant and its systems integration partner, Accenture, are talking to software vendors and other providers in an effort to complete the project.
Telstra spokesman Andrew Maiden said the company would soon begin "gap analysis" to tackle the issue.
