VeriSign to Buy 3united Mobile Solutions
An AP newswire article, via SFGate.com, reports that:
VeriSign Inc. agreed to acquire 3united Mobile Solutions AG for 55 million euros, or about $65.5 million, expanding VeriSign's portfolio of content services for communications providers in Eastern Europe.
Vienna, Austria-based 3united employs about 100 workers. The company's main business is providing mobile application services to wireless networks.
