AMD Gets Development Permit For SW Austin Office Site

Advanced Micro Devices Inc. has been issued a site development permit for its new office campus in Southwest Austin.More here.
The permit gives Sunnyvale, Calif.-based AMD a green light to begin preparing the site for construction of an 875,000-square-foot, $200 million-plus campus.
Construction is expected to begin in three to four weeks, and is expected to take 14 to 16 months to complete, according to AMD.
