LCRA Steps In To Help With Central Texas Blackouts

As I type this, it is a blistering 98F degress here in Austin.

Central Texas dams have kicked into gear to help out with a state-wide power shortage.

With some Texas power plants going through routine maintenance, and record-temperatures that feel a lot more like summer, the state's major power grid needs extra help to meet the demand.
