RIAA News: Court Finds Reasonable Cause to Believe that UMG and Capitol Deceived U.S. DoJ
Via The Recording Industry vs. The People:In an April 20th decision, the federal court in the Northern District of California has found reasonable cause to believe that UMG Recordings and Capitol Records misled the United States Department of Justice ("DOJ") when the DOJ was investigating possible anticompetitive conduct by them in attempting to control the digital music business.
