SAIC Finalizes Acquisition of GSTI
A UPI news brief, via PhysOrg.com, reports that:
Research company Science Applications International Corporation announced Tuesday it has completed its acquisition of Geo-Spatial Technologies Inc.More here.
According to SAIC, the acquisition of GSTI's geospatial 3-D imaging and remote sensing and mapping systems will enhance SAIC's industry position in developing next-generation systems for urban warfare and homeland security applications.
