Sprint to Spend $7B This Year on Mobile Service

A Reuters newswire article, via Yahoo! News, reports that:

Sprint Nextel Corp., the No. 3 U.S. wireless service, plans to spend $7 billion this year on improving its mobile telephone service, Chief Executive Gary Forsee said on Monday.

We're going to spend $7 billion this year to improve and create a better mobility experience," Forsee said in a panel discussion at the annual cable show sponsored by the National Cable & Telecommunications Association.
