Washington DC legal paper Legal Times is reporting that a legislative aide to Sen. Gordon Smith has just taken a job with Viacom. The aide, Kevin Murphy, worked on the broadcast flag bill that Sen. Smith has been circulating in the Senate. Viacom is a big supporter of the broadcast flag.More here.
