Warner Brothers Signs Deal with Adware Company

Warner Brothers have signed a deal with 180SOLUTIONS to provide content for the outfit's consumer site Zango.com.

Their shows, "Deception" and the animated show "Medical Island" were created specifically for the Web are only available if you download 180Solutions ad-serving software which will deliver six pop-up ads a day.

The Warners have been a bit quiet about the deal, possibly because 180solutions is at odds with the likes of the Center for Democracy and Technology (CDT) who has laid a complaint about it with the Federal Trade Commission.
