Dubai Holding Closes Tunisie Telecom Deal

Dubai Holding has acquired a 35-percent stake in Tunisie Telecom, the state telecom company of Tunisia.

The $2.25 billion deal involved two Dubai Holding entities: TECOM Investments and Dubai Investment Group and was sealed Tuesday in a ceremony attended by Tunisia's communications minister, Ahmad Bin Byat.
