Redback Gets SEC Request for Data on Stock Options

Redback Networks Inc. said it received an informal request from the Securities and Exchange commission for information about the company's stock option grant practices.More here.
San Jose-based Redback, a broadband networking systems provider, said it is responding to the request.
In addition, the company said it received a subpoena from the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of California requesting the same information, and Redback said it will cooperate fully.
