UK: Bulldog Customers to be Sold to Another ISP

Anthony Dhanendran writes on Computeract!ve:

Customers of internet service provider Bulldog are to be transferred to another ISP, as the company has been put up for sale.

Cable and Wireless, which owns Bulldog, announced in June that it was pulling out of the home broadband business in the UK, having failed to gather enough customers to make its business viable.

At the time, Bulldog said that it would not be signing any new customers to the service. However, the 112,000 existing residential users would continue to receive their service and would not notice any difference.
