Qwest Outage Aggravates Customers

Qwest failed its customers again Friday when it's fiber optic lines inexplicably went down. Phone lines went down in Farmington and the surrounding area for at least half a dozen hours Friday night because of problems with the lines.More here.
The outage resulted in the loss of some cell phone reception and Internet services in the area. Qwest was unable to identify the source of the problem by Saturday and said it was still investigating the incident.
