Vonage Wins Court Stay in Verizon Patent Fight
Internet phone company Vonage Holdings Corp. on Tuesday said a federal appeals court issued a permanent stay of a previous court's injunction that would have barred it from signing up new customers.More here.
The stay, related to a patent suit brought by Verizon Communications, was issued as shares of Vonage jumped sharply higher on Tuesday afternoon.
