California Backs Off VoIP Regulations
Article via Light Reading: "The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), which first wanted to regulate VoIP on a statewide level, now appears to be yielding to the Feds. Last week, the PUC voted to withdraw its appeal of a November Federal Communications Commission (FCC) ruling that barred states from imposing regulations on VoIP services."
