All Things Considered: Boy's Death Leads to Dispute on Cell Phone Location

A teenage boy's fatal car crash on Cape Cod has sparked a debate over when cell phone companies should get involved in tracing the location of phones. Since no crime appeared to have happened, Cingular turned down family and police requests to trace the boy's phone. When the company changed its mind, he was located within 15 minutes. Sean Corcoran reports.
