Turkey to Launch Telecom Satellite in 2008
A UPi newsbrief, via PhysOrg.com, reports that:
Turkish satellite operator Turksat has ordered a new French-built communications satellite that will be launched in 2008.
The Alcatel Spacebus 4000 will be dubbed Turksat 3A and will provide telecom and television broadcast service in Turkey and parts of Europe and Central Asia.
