I mentioned the now infamous WCIT Tote-Bag one-upsmanship between Lubbock and Austin during last week's WCIT conference -- it was pretty funny.
In Sunday's Austin American-Statesman, John Kelso puts it to bed in his usual tongue-in-cheek way:

Does it mean a high-tech company will relocate there?
Probably not. But maybe somebody will stop for gas.
