In Canada we tend to forget that the US is not just progressive Vermont, liberal San Francisco and so on, it is also this ignorant mass that deep down will never listen to a smart Black man no matter how well educated he is, and he is ! McCain was rude during the debate, he showed no class, even refusing to shake Obama's hand after.
If someone was running a smear campaign on me, repeating lies, and trying to link me to "domestic terrorists", I wouldn't shake their hand either.
