Comcast to Hire 500 in Bay Area

The Philadelphia cable giant has 80,000 employees and after these new hires it will have about 6,000 in the Bay Area, 2,200 of them permanent, full-time workers.More here.
Comcast should fill the jobs within 90 days, hiring at most of its Bay Area offices from Santa Rosa in the north to Salinas in the south.
Most of the jobs are for technicians, while some others are in sales and customer service.
